Does anyone know if exemplary performance points are still available in V4.1

Our project is currently registered in V4 and considering opting in to V4.1 for the Building Product Disclosure and Optimization - Environmental Product Declarations credit.

Products with a critically reviewed LCA

From reading the wording on the first option, for a critically reviewed LCA, it doesn't appear that a company needs to be explicitly recognized as a participant in the LCA - is this true?
