Ice Makers on LEED 2009 for Retail NC

Retail-NC-v2009 WEc3:Water use reduction

Are ice makers included in the WE 3 calculations since its Retail NC, we thought they were excluded for NC all together, but were not sure if this only applied to NC schools and core and shell.
