Are registers, fixed bar return air grilles, and diffusers considered as MEP components and cannot be included in the MR calculation?

Is an email from the supplier confirming post-consumer and pre-consumer recycled content of the material, sufficient as a cut sheet?

I would like to know if someone has some experience with the level of detail the letters from manufactures need to be made.
