Our LEED review of EAp2 seems to indicate that we cannot model the central plant and have to use “purchased chilled water” for both the baseline and proposed.

Boiler efficiency

Hi, For the modelling input, should we use gross efficiency of the boiler or net efficiency? We tried to check what ASHRAE uses as a baseline but could not find anything. Many thanks!
