6.2 90% Rainfall Trtmnt vs. Drainage Boundaryvs. Leed Boundary

Does anyone know if Drainage Areas tributary to Treatment BMPs used to atain the 90% rainafall treatment and 80% TSS removal must be contained within the LEED Boundary.
