Dears, In our recent projects we are having some doubts about the “Building Footprint” definition.

The Project is composed of 2 separate buildings connected together with 2 floors of underground garage and 8 floors of skyway.

Hi all, I have read your definition of building footprint (Building footprint is the area on a project site used by the building structure, defined by the perimeter of the building plan.

If the site was previously a greenfield do you have the option to do off-site preservation of land to comply or is limiting the site disturbance the only option?
