What if the tenant was not installing any composite wood products within his scope of work? Does it mean that he get's this point automaticly or that he is not eligible for that point?

DIRTT Millwork on a LEED project

Anyone else use this on a project in lieu of tradional millwork fabricated by a local shop? The reason I ask is because we are in the final stages of trying to specify DIRTT millwork for a project
