Typo in the Bird's eye view: 10 fc - not 25 fc?

Isn't the requirement for daylight to have 10 fc, not 25 fc as stated in the EBOM IEQc2.4 Bird's view? Thank you.

I am reviewing Option 1 Path 2 (Prescriptive) for a visitor's center project. There are several private offices where the VLT x WFR value exceeds the 0.18 threshold.

My question is whether areas like corridors, bathrooms, etc should be included or merely spaces like offices, classrooms, etc where people spend time rather than just passing through.
