I am reviewing Option 1 Path 2 (Prescriptive) for a visitor's center project. There are several private offices where the VLT x WFR value exceeds the 0.18 threshold.

My question is whether areas like corridors, bathrooms, etc should be included or merely spaces like offices, classrooms, etc where people spend time rather than just passing through.

What will be the minimum % of views to qualify for exemplary performance when version 4 begins?

I am working on a project that was certified under LEED EB v2.

I am working on an EB:O&M 2008 multiple buildings project on a campus that includes 10 buildings within the LEED boundary.

For Option 1, Path 2 using the daylight and views calculator we are trying to a factor that meets the requirement.
