Is there any minimum requirement for Hand held device to measure TVOC and CO2? I cant find any on LEED Guide. Is there any calibration requirement?

Has anyone ever used a device called the Airthings Wave Plus? We want to use it to report CO2 and TVOC numbers, but it reports TVOC's in ppb not ug/m3.

We are currently working on the prison project for LEED existing building certification.

Could there be any recommendation of simple equipment purchased online for the measurement of CO2 and TVOC?

We appreciate all recommendations.

The requirements in the LEED v4.1 Guide for the  v4.1 EQP4- Indoor Environment Quality Performance says: (Conduct an occupant satisfaction survey and/or an indoor air quality evaluation.).
