We have a cooling tower and emergency generator adjacent to our building that is on a concrete pad and surrounded by a screen enclosure. Should this area count as part of the building footprint?

Our project has very limited landscape options and I just found out about the offsite land donation. We are by no means familiar with the Land trust nor the EPA level III ecoregion.
Open bottom planters

Reading the missing manuals I saw that planters can contribute to credit compliance as long as they are open bottom. By language barriers we do not fully understand the difference betweet an open
