ZERO VISITORS

Hi Soha, it would not make sense to require those four visitor bike racks, but you'd need to justify why you don't meet the minimum number required in the rating system. I would suggest checking the special circumstances box in the form, writing a narrative describing the project, and then on your site plan showing the FTE bike rack/showers you can also highlight the security gates, minimal occupied area, etc to demonstrate that zero visitors are expected. Shouldn't be an issue, just make it clear to the reviewer why you chose not to include visitor racks.
