Hi Haley, this credit applies building-wide, so all of the food purchases you mention should be tracked and included in your credit calculations. Up to 10% of the building's floor area can be completely excluded, however, if it's operation is under separate management. And you can assume 0% compliant purchases for non-participating tenants.
