Hi!
I am wondering when you should submit the documentation for this credit, during desgin review or during construction review? Where can you see this information? I have the same question for all Pilot credits really.
Also, what type of documentation regarding the distribution of menstrual hygiene products is needed? Do you need to show photos of the dispenser after installation or is it enough to supply a project document stating that there will be one? Or perhaps a contract with a distributor?
Thanks in advance!

Hi Linn,
In my opinion, you should submit the credit during construction review since you need to fill out the pilot credit survey which includes questions regarding the implementation of the credit in your project.
In our previous project, we provided a narrative stating the availability of the menstrual hygiene products, their locations and information about the dispensers. It's accepted as sufficient documentation. However, It would be better if you include photograps or contract with a distributor, if you have one.

Our team is submitting this credit as part of the design submission considering the strategies are related to the project design and not the proejct construction. We've submitted an intent to comply with the no-cost menstrual products, and we are hoping that is sufficient.

Hi everyone!
Our team is submitting as well this pilot credit as part of the design submission. Our intention is to provide the layout drawings highlighting the all-gender restroom locations and a narrative describing the compliance requirements of the credit including a commitment letter of the building manager rtegarding the no-cost menstrual hygiene products. Was it enough in your case, @Lisa Bolle? Anyone could tell your experience?
Thanks!
