For products installed within the vapor barrier, does the vapor barrier need to exist before products count?  So, for example, a concrete curing compound - if the concrete is poured months before the building is enclosed, does it have to be compliant?  In my particular case, we have a specialty coating that doesn't comply.  Our building is not yet enclosed.  Could we apply the special coating now and exclude the coating from the LEM calculator?  (I'm guessing it needs to be included, but brainstorming ideas).  Our project is not a healthcare project.
