What threshold of reverberation time to apply for Performing arts Space / ballroom?

Hi everybody, 

How do you set the reverberation time values ​​for "Performing Arts Space"? On table 2 of the LEED V4 guide page 758, nothing is written except "Vary by application". So what threshold do you take according to your experience, is there another threshold guide?

We have a ballroom that we qualified as "Performing Arts Space"? Is our approach correct?
