Hello
I don't understand "circulation network". How understand which kind of urban path can be including in circulation network and which not? For example, areas between buildings where just pedestrian can walk (closed for vehicle) can be “circulation network”? The road between two buildings which opening for pedestrians and service vehicle?
If have blocks with 4-8 houses, each block is surrounded by the road with sidewalk, but inside the block we have just pedestrian areas. Some buildings have entrances onto the sidewalk, but some not – they have entrances in pedestrian areas. So, the last one we should exclude from this credit?
Where can I find examples for better understanding this term?
