Hi there,
The project I am working on is a commercial office space located in Sunnyvale, CA. Being located in the Bay Area, BART and VTA service more than exceed the maximum number of weekday trips needed to achieve full points for the project (595 trips total per week, one way). However, the lower number of weekend trips provided by these services preclude the project from earning more than three points. As noted, the location is a business site (non-residential) and the project is not anticipated to be occupied on weekends. Is there an exception to the number of weekend trips provided in the case of a project typology that is only occupied Monday- Friday? Thank you, I look forward to your response!

unless allowed by a project specific CIR, weekend trips must also be met...even if the project building is unoccupied on the weekends.
would be nice to achieve points from Transit Score - kinda like the Walk Score contributing points to the Surrounding Density and Diverse Uses credit.
Walk Score, Transit Score, Bike Score could make the LT credit category much easier for many project teams...one can dream.

I would try v4.1 substitutions as threshold has dropped for both weekdays (360 trips) and weekend trips (216 trips) for 5 points for the Core and Shell projects. Also, you can count higher nummber of trips for weekend trips, instead of average weekend trips in the v4.
