WEc3 denial

We received our final review on Friday, and do not understand why Credit WEc3 was denied. Our preliminary review necessitated changes to a number of credits and prerequisites, including WEp1 and WEc3. Referring to the revised submittal, the reviewer states that the project has reduced potable water use by 29%, which does not meet the threshold for credit WEc3. However, when we log into the project, and go to Prerequisite WEp1, the water use reduction in Table 1-5 shows 32.85%, and Table WEc3-1 shows 33%. Is there some other calculation for WEc3 that we've missed? If the reviewer has made a mistake, how do we rectify it without appealing the credit?
