in the addenda table dated 12-10-2016 , it is stated that Replace "Projects in unlisted countries must comply with the 20%-below-baseline requirement but have no additional performance requirements" with: "Project outside the U.S. must meet WaterSense flush and flow rates.
Does this mean that each water fixture must comply with watersense flow and flush rates as per table 6 in the reference guide?! and the 20% aggregate based option is not viable anymore?
this means that the prerequisite can only comply through prescriptive path and not the calculation path anymore?!

Countries without a listed labeling program must meet the flush and flow requirements of “Table 6.
Maximum installed flush or flow rates for prescriptive path” listed in the Step-by-Step Guidance section of the
LEED Reference Guide.

Soha, did you get any further in this question? Does one have to meet Table 6 for each and every fixture (if one in Europe cannot find a European Water Label fixture, which was voluntary here) or is it ok still to have the aggregated 20 % and just not give any more thought to labelling programs?
