Hi - we have a client who is looking to build an extremely healthy home and is asking for our input on a water system that will foster the best water quality. Their current home has a water distiller with stainless steel piping to reduce the exposure to PVCs. They can use that system again, but she wants to know if there is any new tech out there. I can research and site WELL but I wanted to ask our team first. She also said "My hesitation with water distilling is that all the minerals are taken out of the water. I am never sure if I am replenishing minerals correctly, in the right balance, for the human body. There are water remineralizer filters that can be used after the water is distilled, but this is an area I am not knowledgeable in. This mineral replacement is also needed for reverse osmosis filtration units as well. It presume it must  be a commonly asked question." IDEAS PLEASE!?!
