Our project team is uncertain about the wording of the Step-by-Step explanation for this item. When we measure the block length for the nominator of the equation we add block lengths for blocks that are exclusively non res or mixed use plus the lengths of non res or mixed use buildings for the blocks that contain residential buildings. Is that correct? If so how do you measure the building? By its facade?
