Firstly, a happy New Year to each and every one of you.
My question is about 3 walk-off mats located at the entrance of the building. Are mats concerned with COV requirement ? Are these counted as flooring?
Thank you.

The general feedback I have received from GBCI is that permanently installed walk-off mats must meet the credit requirement but roll-up mats would be considered to be the same as area rugs and would be excluded.
