Walk-off Mat Needed at Service or Loading Dock Entries?

Is it required by your experience with LEED v4, that a building's back-of-house Service Entry or Loading Dock Entry to the building be outfitted with a walk-off mat?  A LEED reviewer may consider either of these a "regularly used" exterior entry to the building -- though I would think this is outside the intent of the credit.

What do you suggest or know?

Thanks, Harry

Harry in all the years and LEED versions I have used the deciding factor is if the doorway is a person entry point. Especially man doors on docks. Does not matter where it may be located since people can track things in regardless. If the door is an exit only or emergency egress the mats/other are not required. And I have earned the point where the door has exterior handles but remains secured from entry at all times. Hope this helps
