I have question concerning flooring materials requirements.
In our project we have industrial floor, which consists of (counting from ground level): polyethylene film, extruded polystyrene, wire mesh + concrete (class C30/37), floor hardener. Since general emission evaluation requirements are relevant for interior materials within waterproofing membrane, I would classify the concrete C30/37 the layer of waterproofing membrane. My assumption comes from the European standard EN 206-1 definition of C30/37 concrete which defines it as waterproofing. Please let me know if my line of thinking is correct.

Hi Agata,
It would be safer to define the polyethylene film as the water-proofing membrane, because water does tend to wick through concrete. I don't understand why it matters either way, however, as concrete is defined in the credit as "inherently non-emitting", so it's not subject to any reporting/testing requirements. So your documentation would be the same in either case.
