My project is an office building with workstation along continuous ribbon windows looking out to landscape. I understand that this work space is not qualified for View type 3. However, does it qualify for view type 1 or 2 if the window height is higher than the workstation height? In other words, occupants can have clear view of sky and tree canopies while sitting down at their workstations. Thank you.

It would depend on how above the work plan height the sill is and how high the window head height is. You might have to use the atypcial cone of vision in section demonstrating that views are there. Also, with high windows, if tree canopies are far away, occupant may not be able to see them and you need to demonstrate this with images and sections.
