All office spaces are naturally ventilated. The minimum opening location and size requirements are satisfied for all offices, restroom and meeting rooms.
In case we find some areas such as corridors, elevator landing without ventilation, can we certify the building and propose to install mechanical ventilation in the energy audit as ECM?
An inactive storage area such as a refrigerating room can be considered unoccupied area and so not ventilated?
