VAV minimum for Ds

Hello all, I am completing the 62mzcalc spreadsheet during heating mode. VAV box minimums are typically 30% for systems with reheat. My system is cooling only, so i define my VAV minimums to a value higher than 30% with the largest being 55% to be able to reduce the system ventilation air. Is this an acceptable approach? Also, if a VAV serves 3 rooms and only one of these rooms is my critical zone, and i raise the VAV minimum for example to 40% for this room only to satisfy its ventilation, I will have to input the same VAV minimum (40%) for the other two rooms, even if they do not appear as critical, correct? Appreciate all opinions and advise on this.

I see this is an old post, but will reply as there is no other reply to date. You can define your VAV minimums higher than 30%, but you should be sure you will really run your system that way and it will not over-cool your spaces. Yes, the if the VAV serves 3 rooms and it is set at 40%, then all three spaces will be at 40% for purposes of the calculation, even if all 3 rooms are not critical.
