NC-v4.1 EQc2:Low-Emitting Materials

v4.1 Calc: Omitting Cost/Area Inputs for 100%-Compliant Categories

In the v4.1 Calculator, is it necessary to provide cost / surface area inputs for credit categories that are fully compliant?

e.g. If all insulation products used are demonstrated to be compliant for the VOC emissions evaluation criteria, can the cost / surface area columns be left blank in the Insulation worksheet/tab of the Calculator?
