I just went through the process of using Autocase to document this credit for a Hospital project using the LEED 2009 for Healthcare: New Construction rating system.  There were a few instances where the options provided did not line up well with this project type and/or rating system.  For example, the options provided for "type of building" in the Project Information section.  Otherwise it was relatively simple to input information into the Autocase software to generate are report to document this Pilot Credit.
