Hello All, I am preparing for the LEED AP BD+C exam and I tried to access the Credit Library on the USGBC website and for some reason when I get inside the credit library - Commercial Interiors-Regional Priority it doesn't allow me to view the Regional Priority. It says " You are not authorized to access this page". I had no problems accessing the same page few days ago. Does anyone know the problem? Thanks a lot.

Try again in a day. If there is still a problem, Find a feedback button on that website to take this up directly with USGBC/GBCI. I have determined that the electrons coming from the GBCI website are squeezed individually out of an eyedropper by an ancient wizard, instead of streaming through an actual server, and the speed (or lack of same) often scrambles pages by the time he's dripped out the last electron, assuming he still remembers what he was supposed to do and hasn't fallen asleep again. That is the only explanation I can think of as to why GBCI is so slow and error-prone, often taking ten minutes to load a 35K PDF file.
