We have a project (building and parking lot) being built in a small master planned community. The community has several open spaces natural areas adjacent to the project with walking trails. These area amount to more than 30% of the project area and are connected to the project with walking trail actually going through part of the project in an easement. Can this be used as the open space requirement?
