I have read all of the posts regarding the ability to upload files. I have un-installed programs, reinstalled earlier versions, restarted my computer, have switched the the 32 vs 64-bit version of internet explorer, and I am still not able to upload pdf's to the appropriate credits. I have Windows 7, so I should be good there, and I downloaded from the system requirments the adobe updates. What am I missing??? I have wasted so much time on this with no success. Will the update in August fix this? Thanks.

Did you turn on "compatibility view"? In Internet Explore click on the "Tools" pull down menu and then click on "compatibility view" so that a check-mark appear to the left of "compatibility view". It's listed in several other posts, so you probably have already tried it.

Thanks Andrea, I did already switch the compatibility view as well. Still... no luck.
