Wondering if anyone has experience with this - we submitted the Credit under the beta version of v4.1 in June 2021, not realizing that the April 2021 version of the Credit has lower thresholds. Under the latter, we would have achieved all 5 points for reusing existing structure and envelope, instead of just 3 points.
Is this an appeal? or a resubmission?
Would appreciate advice please, and thanks in advance.

HI Deborah, have you had the second submission/final review yet? If not, I suspect that you could update it with the revised documents.

Keith,
we've gone through Final Review. Wondering if I can slide it in as a "change" but as a change in documentation.

Deborah, I would say no, this is more than a documentation "change", it would trigger a new review of the credit. Unfortunatley I think you will have to appeal the credit. I also agree with Keith that if you were still in preliminary review phase you could switch the credit documentation

I think this would depend on whether GBCI needs to review a new set of documentation or whether they just need to look back at the existing review comment, see that it would meet the 5-pt threshold under the other version, and re-award the points accordingly. If it's the former, definitely an appeal. If it's the latter, worth emailing GBCI to see if they'd take care of it outside the formal review process. (Technically the reviewer could have noticed you qualified for all 5 pts and taken care of it then - of course it's understandable that both they and you missed it given how many versions are out there. They might allow the change as a customer service gesture for that reason.)
