The commercial interiors project includes the renovation of an office space in two phases. 1/2 of the tenant space will be renovated in Phase I. During Phase I, the other 1/2 of the tenant space will remain occupied, though construction barriers are in place to retain indoor air quality. As Phase II begins, tenants will move to the completed half for occupancy during the construction of Phase II.

Can this credit be achieved through IAQ testing after construction, but before occupancy, of each of the two phases? Both results would be submitted, along with a narrative.
