Hi there!, I have a question regarding this requirement for EA Enhanced Cx. The Tenant is pursuing a LEED CI certification in a non-LEED Shell bldg. Landlord agreed that their staff will take care of the Maintenance. What documentation would the Tenant has to submit in order to comply with Owner's training verification? -since there is not much scope for the Tenant to operate the systems.

It does not really matter who does the maintenance, the training needs to happen regardless. It might be fairly basic and quick depending on what equipment is part of the CI project. This should be treated just like any project, and the enhanced CxA should confirm that the people maintaining the equipment has been trained.
