Timing for potable water analysis

Hi All,

Is there any requirement on the timing of the potable water analysis. Can we do it before the construction starts? As the result may determine the plant design (e.g. any additional chemical treatment are needed).

Or shall we do it after the date of completion?

There is no timing requirement, other than it is performed prior to the LEED application. Funny that this is design credit though, since the water test will most likely need to occur after site work and/or construction has begun...or in some instances, near complete. Makes more sense as a design credit when working on Major Renovation projects.
