Hello Everyone,
we have a project under review now. The result was expected to be there at 17 Mai 2012! But now is it still open. I already send an email to the review team to ask but i got no answer. The problem is the customer needs the result very urgently. Are there any ways what we can do now? Has anyone expercience with this?
thank you very much for your answers

You have to submit your request through LEED Online. Ask what the status is and tell them in the first sentence that the review is two weeks past due.
You have a long way to go before you get to the worst case I have had with a delayed review. By the time I asked about the delay --one month after the promised delivery date-- I found out the GBCI had dropped the ball and neglected to assign the project to a review time. A system glitch apparently occurred.
You would think the the GBCI would have expedited the review but they did not. They simply started the process more than two months late as if the project was submitted when I asked for the status.
Hopefully you won't run into anything as bad as that.

Hi Tatjana - First, on behalf of USGBC please accept my apologies that your review appears to be late. My team is doing a look-up now, and will contact you offline with an update. If you - or any other LEEDusers - have a question about the status of a review in the future, please contact us directly by selecting "Project Review Status" from the drop-down menu here: http://www.gbci.org/org-nav/contact/Contact-Us/Project-Certification-Que.... This method of contacting us will result in a quicker turn-around time then using the messaging functionality in LEED Online (v3). Thanks, Megan R/S
