Terminal of Airport

Hello,

I have a project  for the rating system LEED BD+C that is the Terminal of an airport. 

I was wondering if USGBC had any special guidelines for airports.

1) For example what type of rating system adaption to follow for the airport terminal? I think the most appropriate is the New construction and Major Renovation.

2) What assumptions should be made about the occupancy?
