Dear All,
we’re currently involved in the LEED certification (Core & Shell) of a new development. In this project, tenant’s water supply will be ensured directly by the local water utility company, being each tenanted space equipped with its own water meter (installed by the water supplier).
Given this context (project owner does not have any intervention or access to tenant’s water use) and for data sharing purposes, it is mandatory to report water use associated with tenants, or is it enough to provide water use associated with base building?
Regards,
