tenant requirements to maintain compliance with IEQc8.1 and 8.2

Has anyone had comment from GBCI when taking these credits for a speculative C&S office building? We provide a proposed tenant layout that shows the interior complying with these credits. Then - 1. are we required to include tenant guideline and/or lease agreement template that RESTRICTS THE TENANTS to a layout that meets the requirements?

They are not required for this credit. The supplemental guide for CS list the credits which can be achieved by providing tenant guidelines or lease agreement.
