Hi everyone, we wanted to know if, in the case a tenant contracts their own electrical power for their space, if we have to meter that line as well or if we have to meter only the base building power sources. In the case that we have to meter it, how can we approach it if the tenant refuses to share that information?

If the tenant pays their electirc bill themselves it would already be metered so no need for a separate meter. You have to be able to determine the whole building energy use in aggregate by adding up all the meters. So in the case where there are multiple meters the tenant must be required to share or you don't meet this prerequisite. Alternatively I suppose you could install a separate meter to cover the whole building to meet the requirement.
