Our project is located in an urban environment, we are just a few yards short of fulfilling the requirements. Our project is expected to have as little as 5 FTEs, potentially even less. Do you know, whether a general agreement with a local cab company to transport the users is following the intent of the credit? Providing a dedicated shuttle bus could be considered less sustainable, if a shuttle has to be booked to transport only one or two employees that travel via public transport. Has anyone been in a similar situation, what would be the best course of action?

Hi Dustin, interesting question. My initial thought is this would be a hard sell but I think it is worth your time reaching out to GBCI and explaining you unique case. Good luck!

Taking a taxi that way is just as bad as driving a single occupancy vehicle to the station; I wouldn't approve that.
