I'd like to see what people thought about a supermarket warehouse/store and if it needs to comply with ASHRAE 62.1 2010 in terms of minimum supply air flow rates. As this will be a transient space and used intermittently throughout the day, does it need to have a direct supply of fresh air into the space (hard ducted) or can we introduce fresh air delivered into the main retial space and use passive grilles and extract fans to draw fresh air from the supermarket floor into the warehouse / store space?

The reason I am asking this question is that there is an option to pick a warehouse and also a dry store in the IAQ calculator. Does anyone have any experience in this area, could you share the strategy you used and was it successful?
