My project is a split submittal, with a Design Preliminary Application review and a Construction Application review. Credit SSc4.1 Alternative Transportation - Public Transportation, a Design credit, was not submitted during the Design Preliminary Application Review. The Design Preliminary Application is final, and was accepted by the design team and we are now in the Construction Application phase. Can I submit credit SSc4.1, a Design credit, with the Construction Review, or are only Construction credits able to be submitted with the Construction Application review?

Only Design credits can be submitted during the Design Review. However, both Design and Construction credits can be submitted during the Construction Review.

Thank you Renee! Is there anything special I need to set up beforehand with GBCI, or do I just simply submit that Design credit with the Construction Application review?

No need to do anything special. Just close the Design credit like you close the Construction credits you plan on submitting, then submit for review!
