We are working on two CEP's and the Owner is considering attempting LEED certification for them. I am looking to clarify how you handle the chiller equipment for the EAp2 and EAc1. Based on the "Treatment of District or Campus Thermal Energy in LEED V2 and LEED 2009 – Design & Construction", I believe that you omit the chiller and pumping equipment in the plant from the models and treat the building as if it was being served by district cooling.
Does anyone have any experience with this that can confirm if this is correct or not?

Your understanding is correct. Make sure that you have enough occupancy to meet the minimum project requirements.
