What verbiage should be used on signs directing building occupants to areas of respite? Do the signs literally need to read "Area of Respite"?

What your sign reads should be up to you and fit with your organization. I don't read where it must literally say "Area of Respite". It could say 'Healing Garden' or 'Meditation Garden' or 'General Hospital's Garden'. You should also ensure that people can find this garden via wayfinding signage and you will likely have to remind people to not smoke.
