NC-2009 SSc8:Light Pollution Reduction

SS Credit 8 Lighting Pollution Reduction Non-Tradable Surfaces

Hi, I have problem using the form for SS Cr 8. I don't have any Nontradable surfaces in my project so I just leave the LPD portion for exterior nontradable portion blank.But when I do check compliance, the form is not allowing me to have credit. It requires me to fill in LPD for non-tradable surface. Please help me resolve this problem. Thank you in advance.
