We are working on a major renovation project that contains several split system AC units which will be replaced. The owner doesn't have any record of the refrigerant volume that was charged for these units. is there any guidance for how we calculate (or estimate) the refrigerant charge per ton for this equipment?

Hi Charles, if your project is going to get rid of some old AC units, you just need to verify that the new equipment meets the credit requirements.
