Are solid surfacing materials considered in this credit under furniture? We have several project where it is being used for counter tops and even table tops and sometimes interior wall covering/cladding.
How and where should these materials be addressed for this credit in LEED v.4?

Furniture is generally assumed to be free standing furniture. If your solid surface falls under that category, i.e. part of a work station, then it would apply to the ANSI/BIFMA Furniture Evaluation. However inclusion of furniture is optional for this credit.
For interior wall covering/cladding it would apply to the Walls category General Emissions Evaluation.
