Our project is retail store with parking building block attached. Problem is our space is limited to provide smoking area in open air and we cannot provide smoking room due to law. Anyway, we cannot prevent smoking outside the building.
The team wants to provide smoking cabin at parking area which is literally exterior (not in conditioned and regularly occupied area). But I am not sure since
1. It is under other parking floor, not real open air.
2. It is far from opening to exterior by 20-30 meters. But further than 25 ft from any fresh air inlet connected to main building.
Is smoking cabin acceptable?
